We provide a consultation and activation service to help users identify and set up Fiber and Satellite internet connections. We do not own, operate, or maintain the physical internet infrastructure or network equipment.

2. Promotional Offers & Eligibility

All promotional offers, including but not limited to “$0 Upfront” and “First Month Free,” are subject to the following conditions:

  • Qualification: Offers are available only to new residential customers in participating service zones. Eligibility is determined by the specific Provider’s credit requirements and serviceability at your address.
  • $0 Upfront / Deposit Waiver: This offer includes a waiver or credit toward standard activation fees and security deposits up to $100.00 USD. Customers with credit results requiring advanced deposits (e.g., $200–$500+) or those requiring non-standard installation may be responsible for the remaining balance.
  • First Month Free: This is provided as a one-time account credit applied by EZ or the Provider toward the base monthly service rate. It does not cover government taxes, regulatory fees, or optional equipment upgrades (e.g., additional mesh extenders or premium TV packages).

3. Third-Party Provider Terms

When you choose a plan through EZ, you are also subject to the specific Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies, and Privacy Policies of the underlying Provider (e.g., the Fiber or Satellite company). EZ is not responsible for the performance, speed, outages, or billing disputes related to the Provider’s network.

4. Accuracy of Information

By using this Site, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your physical address and contact details. Providing false information may result in an inability to activate service or the cancellation of promotional credits.

5. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)

By submitting your phone number on this Site, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by EZ Internet Service and its affiliates via telephone, automated dialer, or SMS/text message for the purpose of fulfilling your request for internet service.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • You may opt-out of communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message or by notifying our representative during a call.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Internet Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delays in installation or service activation.
  • Misquotes of speed or pricing provided by the third-party Provider’s database.
  • Equipment failure or network downtime once service is installed.

7. Intellectual Property

The “EZ Internet Service” name, logo, and all original content on this Site are the property of EZ Internet Service and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Governing Law
